To View A Property

  • Please book an appointment to see a property as a whole group Appointments will be booked
        on a first come, first served basis and will always be accompanied by a WESTGATE
        representative.
  • We need to give current tenants at least 24 hours' notice of viewings.
  • Viewing times are Monday to Friday,10.00am to Late and weekends.

To Reserve A Property

  • A holding deposit equivalent to one weeks rent is to be paid.
  • Each person must complete and sign an application form in full

A property will only be reserved once we have received the whole group's application forms and holding deposit.

Conditions:

The following accounts must be paid in full before the start of the tenancy:

  • A deposit equivalent to 5 weeks rent if the yearly rental income is less than £50,000
  • A deposit equivalent to 6 weeks rent if the yearly rental income is more than £50,000
  • The tenancy agreement must be signed within 14 days of paying the holding deposit
  • Guarantor forms to be completely filled out and returned within 14 days

    • The following accounts must be paid in full before the start of the tenancy:

    • One month’s rent is payable before moving in
